I enquired for broadband connection on the internet results shown was from Sulekha.com .... This site suggested a person's number for the internet service.. I contacted this person on **rd of October and he responded and came within an hour asking me for the address proof, one photo copy and **** rs. I handover all the documents Xerox copy and the amount asking for the reciept . He said tomorrow I will give you when I will come to establish the connection. The next day he called and said today it won't be possible because there is a shortage of cable for the connection pls give me one more day I will fix it tomorrow for sure but this thing didn't happened at last from the main office call came asking me that I enquired for broadband connection? I said what happened and I was shocked hearing that they didn't even receive any of my documents nor the money. They asked me for the person contact number and name I gave... Few minutes later again call came stating that the person was an agent. He is not even picking up company's call... Again I paid the amount because I urgently need connection and they promised me to refund the amount which was taken from me by that agent. Now continuously I was calling and asking them the same refund thing from the past * months. Everytime I call Hathway I have to tell the entire story and they say we have put up it complaint and u will be getting call from out accounts team once your refund is processed. Till now I didn't even get a single call from the account team. Pls help me with this.
