The seller is deliberately hiding information in order to sell the products by luring through offers which have hidden terms and conditions: *. I have placed an order and while cancelling it pop up says the money will not be returned because you have used this particular coupon while placing the order. *. While applying the coupon the terms and condition doesn't specify this condition. *. Terms and condition also doesn't mention in what form this cashback will be given: through the app, bank account or mobile wallet. In my case they have given coupon which can be used on seller app. Thereby tying the user to platform. *. In telephonic conversation the representative expressed her inability to revert the money stating the terms and condition says so and referred to a seperate menu which has detailed T&C. She mentioned while using the coupon these terms and conditions can not be mentioned and only few of them being displayed. Here they have convinient omitted the important terms which are key in decision making while making the purchase. (I have call recording of this conversation but this platform is giving error so if any other way please let me know) It is requested my concern may please be looked into. Thanking you.
