I ordered **** rs shoe from Flipkart in July '**.. received a msg on *rd Aug that my product is delivered..I called Flipkart and Informed it is not delivered to me...they raised a complaint and asked to wait till *th Aug...I waited and flipkart closed my complaint without notifying me...and said issue is resolved while I did not get the product nor the refunded my money.....I again asked to raise a complaint and they asked me to wait till **th Aug..again they asked to wait till **th Aug....they are keeping me on hold for ** minutes so that I disconnect the call....on twitter they are coming back with. Reply that we will update you shortly...
They are not returning my money nor delivering the product...
