- Fraudulent Activity by Cashify Pickup Agent ^Closed

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a distressing incident involving fraudulent activity during my recent transaction with Cashify. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the integrity of your pickup agents, and I request your immediate attention to this matter.

On **/**/****, I engaged one of your pickup agents, to sell my vivo y** through Cashify's platform. I was informed that a nominal fee of INR *** would be deducted from the final amount offered for my device. Unfortunately, I have fallen victim to an act of fraud perpetrated by the aforementioned agent.

Contrary to the agreed-upon terms, the agent demanded an additional INR *** in cash, providing various unsubstantiated reasons. Trusting Cashify's reputation, I reluctantly paid the extra amount, believing it to be a legitimate part of the transaction. However, upon discussing the matter with a friend, I discovered the agent's conduct to be highly irregular and unprofessional.

This incident has severely undermined my confidence in Cashify's services. I find it alarming and disheartening that individuals representing your company would engage in such deceptive practices. As a valued customer, I placed my trust in Cashify, and this incident has shattered that trust.

I hereby demand an immediate investigation into this matter and the appropriate actions be taken against the pickup agent involved. It is imperative to prevent any future instances of fraud and restore the integrity of Cashify's services. Furthermore, I request a full refund of the additional INR *** that I was wrongfully charged.
