Dear Sir/Madam,
This email serves as my final legal notice regarding the pending refund for my cancelled order, along with a serious concern about the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from your team.
Your team has already confirmed the cancellation of my order and assured me that the refund would be processed. I have provided all required details, including my UPI ID, order ID, and supporting proof.
However, despite repeated follow-ups, the refund has still not been processed, and no clear timeline has been provided. Additionally, the responses I received from your team (as evidenced in the attached screenshot) were inappropriate, dismissive, and unprofessional. Such behavior has caused me significant mental distress and disappointment.
Please take note of the following:
- I have not received the product; therefore, your “no cancellation policy” does not apply.
- As per consumer protection laws, once an order is cancelled, the refund must be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- The conduct of your team is unacceptable and reflects a lack of basic customer service standards.
I am giving you a final ** hours from receipt of this email to:
