On **th June ****, a quotation was confirmed for packing and shifting our household items worth *.*-* lakh from Bengaluru to Gandhinagar for ***** rupees only. The company and us had a clear conversation about the list of items. To confirm the booking **** rupees only was paid in advance. The household items were packed on **th July, and there was no statement of a list of items onsite or after picking up the goods till today. the company assured us that the items would reach Gandhinagar by the **th- **th of July. There, the only means of communication was his contact number, and that, too, he was not responding to our continuous requests for either the consignment number, tracking ID or the list of items. We received a tax invoice of ***** rupees only on **th July without the above-mentioned acknowledgements from his side. After several heated discussions on how there is a lump sum increase, he sent us a new tax invoice on **th July with a bill dated **th July of ***** rupees only. We agreed to pay the amount of ***** even though we did not receive any consignment number, tracking ID or the list of items, and we have not received any confirmation for the location of the goods either. After full payment on ** July, he promised to deliver the goods in ** hours, and when the time came, he demanded extra money before delivering the goods. Today is ** July, and we haven't recieved our goods
