I have Done * Week Internship From Awign On " Business Development For Gradeup " .During these Three Weeks I used to get Calls from Awign *-* Times a Day From different Employees regarding The Updates of My Performance Because I was The Top Performer among all the Interns as I had Submitted Large No. of Leads But after * week No one is Picking up my calls ...They are Not even Replying to my Mesages And When asked about my Stipend They said They are busy on other Projects and Will process my Stipend Later .
How Come They were calling me * times a Day During My * week Internship Motivating me to Work more and Suddenly At the Time Of Payment everyone of Them Got busy.
