I took loan from idfc first and then they told they will deduct the EMI through mandate aftet * month and then they told us after one month that mandate was not created because of sign mismatch and we again did kyc with bank and deposited our signatures with Idfc too but stil they call us before due date and ask us to pay through right now and tell them the order ID on the phone

I paid all of my dues but they still demanding money.they already charge *** for fourclose ..there after they still demanding more money to fourclose account again..and they continuously deduct money from bank account.....
