I regret to submit to your kind notice that I had entrusted a repair and renovation work contract to Sunny Verma Of Home Olive Interior & Designers Ghaziabad for a contracted amount of Rs. *,**,*** in February **** which was to be completed within *-* months time. It was recommended by Urban Clap (a popular online home service provider company). After doing a little work on the premises of approx. Rs. *,**,*** Sunny Verma Of Home Olive Interior & Designers had taken an excess amount of Rs. *,**,*** from us on the pretend to purchase substantial good quality material for the house. Above amount has been paid to him through cheques itself (detail of cheques enclosed). But the above guy did not attend work job properly and wanted to use a very lower quality of material on the premises which we objected and denied to use. He stopped to visit the affected site and absconded since **/**/****. We have constantly tried to contact him to clear the account but he outwitted every time and has not given any satisfactory response in this regard. We have contacted Urban Clap over phones as well as by email communications to resolve the matter early and return our excess paid amount of Rs. *,**,*** paid to their registered contractor Sunny Verma Of Home Olive Interior & Designers. We have not received any satisfactory response from the above company so far at all. In view of the above facts, I humbly request the honourable judicial authorities to take up the matter against Sunny Verma Of Home Olive Interior & Designers as well as Urban Clap (the online home service provider company). The registering authority of the above company and issue necessary instructions to them to return my excess paid the amount of Rs. *,**,*** paid to their registered contractor Sunny Verma of the above named Interior & Designer company with applicable interest and loss of our time and energy incurred in it. I have taken a loan from the bank for said renovation work of my house for which I am paying heavy interest to the bank. Also, I would like to inform that my family is residing in a rented house of a monthly rent of Rs. *****/- which is an extra financial burden on me as the whole interior portions of my house is demolished which will take a further lot of time to complete the repair and renovation work. I shall appreciate your early action on the above facts.
