I got an sms from hdfc bank that Dear Cunsumer Your HDFC CREDIT CARD Reward Points Worth Rs.**** will expire by today Kindly Redeem points in Cash Click Here link Ades at *.** PM on ** Jan **** after that i click on that link and prompt received to download HDFC Bank Reward point Application then i was downloaded reward point redemption application there was need to enter card details to redeem points i entered card details and displayed Thank you for Redeem **** Points. Points will be credited within ** Hours and after some moments I got * otp through sms of transaction and * through call after that balance was deducted from my credit card in the name of DREAMPLUG TECHNOLOGIES.

i have logged complaints on hdfc fraud helpline *********** vide complain no. *********** and blocked the card immediately.
i have logged complain also to cyber crime through call on **** as per guidance of above customer card vide Acknowledgement Number ************** dated ** Jan ****
Please look into the matter and get it reverse transaction. I am not a rich person. I am a salaried person and not able to pay such an amount. I have * small kids.
