Hi,
I wanted to Port my Vodafone number and i already did formalities for that but I received a call from Vodafone customer care. The call was picked by my brother and informed that we are sending you a text message regarding your Port number Forwarding kindly resend it. My brother resend it to the agent. Agent did not mention that he will cancel the Porting request and made fool of my brother. Now, Porting has been cancelled. I have * numbers of vodafone in my family and ** of known people I will ask everyone to switch to some other company coz they make fools of us.
Kindly, undo my Port request as I no longer wanted to stay with Vodafone anymore.
