I found a page of Perfume seller on instagram named Dutyfree Perfumes. After discussion about the product I was convinced to buy one perfume. But after receiving money he started claiming that his bank account is blocked by the bank and now you've to pay him again then suggested him to check with the bank after that he told me the bank will transfer my money to my account within * working days. After waiting for * working days I didn't get any amount/transfer from his bank then again I reached to him but then he started showing his colours. He claims that it's my mistake to transfer him via PhonePay instead of Google Pay. I've screen shot of successful transaction. If his bank account is blocked by the bank then the money wouldn't be transferred or translation wouldn't be successfully done.
