Hi
I have called airtel for new broadband connection they told me to wait for ** hours I'll get call or msg from airtel and i got WhatsApp regarding new connection after * day
As I discussed with my office seniors which plan to buy they told me to go for *** plan * months plan which in total costed for ****
And i have paid ₹**** for new connection on *nd July from *nd July till now I haven't got any positive reply form +************ this number after payment this guy ignored my calls and msgs and
My office seniors continuously asking for when I'll get connection which I can't reply to them.
And every time I called airtel i got same reply your problem will get solved in ** hours but till now date this problem isn't solved yet
Please look into this matter ASAP i have too much pressure from my office & Please try to solve this issue today itself cause this has took long enough
