I contacted Go Global Immigration Services along with my husband for immigration assistance and guidance regarding overseas work opportunities. We trusted their expertise and submitted a significant amount of money for their services.

Before starting the process, they reviewed my resume and profile and strongly advised me to apply for Sweden. They confidently stated that Sweden was the best option matching my qualifications and profile, and they convinced me to proceed with that country. Based on their guidance and assurances, we followed every instruction given by them, including submission of online applications and documentation.

After several months, my application was rejected due to reasons such as insufficient funds and other eligibility-related issues. These were basic and important requirements which should have been clearly explained to me before taking my money and initiating the process. Had they properly evaluated my eligibility from the beginning, I would never have proceeded with the Sweden application.

After the rejection, the employees themselves created confusion. One employee advised me to make changes and continue, while another employee advised me not to continue. Their contradictory guidance caused extreme confusion, mental stress, and wastage of my valuable time.

Later, when I personally researched Sweden immigration requirements online, I discovered that my profile was not even properly eligible for the category they had pushed me toward. This made me feel that they knowingly misled me and took advantage of my lack of technical immigration knowledge only to obtain money from us. They failed to conduct a genuine eligibility assessment before accepting payment and giving false confidence regarding approval chances.

When I confronted them regarding their negligence and misleading guidance, they admitted fault to some extent and offered compensation of ₹**,*** for the loss caused. However, the total financial loss, mental harassment, emotional stress, and wastage of time suffered by us is much greater. Therefore, I am demanding a refund/compensation amount of ₹**,***.

I believe that Go Global Immigration Services acted irresponsibly, negligently, and in a misleading manner while handling our case. I request proper action against them and fair compensation for the losses we suffered because of their conduct.
