Dear Mr. Subhabrata

As per our telephonic conversation regarding the less payment of my brother Mr. Amul Bhushan's collateral & security deposit held with the company. This is surprising that despite the mail reverted to you with a remark of "Not Agreed" you have transferred a lesser amount of Rs ******.** with baseless reasons encountered by you & HR Mr. Snehashish Chowdhary which has no significance.

Several times my brother had requested you and Mr. Chaudhary & clarified every points. Even as discussed with Mr. Snehashish over telephone he said you do whatever you can which seems to be a carelessness towards an ethical entity of an individual.

By your such an unprofessional act of ignorance and deliberately not paying the full collateral deposit amount it caused my brother's mental agony which may lead to a major consequences in days to come and for all that you all concerned people would be held responsible.

Further more this is Crystal clear that you people have cheated, breach of trust for keeping a safeguard to your self ego and personal monetary benefit since no one raise their voice against your such corruption.

From last several months my brother had been following up for his outstanding amount and you people always tried to make either him as a manipulator or culprit so that somehow you could able to capitalize this & deduct his amount from his final settlement. However, he proved that he did not indulged with any wrongful act but despite the same you wrongly penalized him for which now he is mentally scared due to his monetary losses.

Once again I would like to remind you to pay the balance amount within *(Three) days else we would be bound to escalate the matter to office of PMO and mark a copy to Ministry of corporate affairs and a local police station for such a mental agony and harassment caused by all concerned people and the company itself.

Further more this would be published in electronic and print media as well as in social media platform if anything happens with my brother due to this incident.
