मैंने ऑनलाइन फोनमेगामार्ट कंपनी से एक मोबाईल ऑर्डर किया था जो कि नोएडा में स्थित है लेकिन जब मैंने उस पैकेज को खोला तो उसमें खराब मोबाईल निकला जो किसी और कंपनी का मोबाईल था फिर मैंने उन लोगों से कॉन्टेक्ट किया तो बोले कि हम आप का पैसा रिफंड कर देंगे और कॉल काट दिया फिर मै दोबारा कॉल किया तो वे लोग कॉल नहीं उठा रहे तो मै क्या करू और मेरे सिटी में कंज्यूमर कोर्ट नहीं हैं मैंने जो मोबाईल ऑर्डर किया था वो ***** रुपए का था जो कि मेरा पूरा पैसा फसा है और वे लोग रिफंड भी नहीं कर रहे जिनका मेरे पास कॉन्टेक्ट नंबर है उनका नाम रिया है
