- Fraud in Security Deposit Refund Open

I have paid Rs. **,*** in Security deposit to Colive plus an additional amount of Rs**** as separation charges, when I joined colive orange in December ****. According to their policy if you pay separation charge at the time of check in you get full deposit money back, and so I paid that amount.
I have receipts of both the payments plus chat history of the executive from colive who assigned me the property and carried out all the documentation work.
Last month, in Feburary **** I raised notice on *st of Feburary as per their policy to vacate the place, but in the app it was showing separation charge of **** Rs, I immediately contacted the care taker at that time it was Rafi, he said to me to write a mail officially and raise a service request. I did the following wrote a mail and service request was generated, the reply that came from them was that it is just a backend error and it will get resolved when you receive final settlement of payment receipt.
But now after raising Service request multiple times they have deposited only **,*** rs in total in my passbook.
Please help me out in this.
