After seeing the advertisement for the phone mount on Facebook, I have ordered and got the product. First, it's a different product and it's not fitted properly they have cheated me. Many emails sent but getting the same reply like our best product and ** days money exchange without any questions. No * fraudulent product and post public website and social media. Still unable to digest how worst people are cheating. Please help me with a refund.

Wrong product was delivered. Mobile holder of low quality and different from the ad was delivered which even almost caused an accident. Mailed the company many times for refund but always got automated replies. Attached picture is of what I got...
