Me and my husband were searching for interior designing through ad we found Homelane . We went their to enquire about interior designing. Initially we met some guy who introduced us to designer . We were very clear about the requirement which we said to her she interacted well .They did discount gimmicks of **% and took **% booking amount of worth ***** and after few days designer visited the site she made mistakes in the measurement After one month next step is masking they did it in a team then measurements were different then designer came back saying that their is a slight difference in the measurements and it costed ** k extra in the quotation it is the mistake of a designer and they are asking us to pay to proceed further As we cannot trust these guys we thought of cancelling and contacted their manager and now these guys are playing around saying their is no refund policy After wasting so mouth time and money and that too it’s complete mistake from their designer still they are not ready to accept it and refund they speak all bullshit so how do I proceed with this any suggestions would be appreciated
