We have registered with just dial for catering services on November *, ****. Firstly their executive name IBRAHIM came to us on ** October **** and collected a cheque of ***** and assured that we are being signed up for * months premium package and will be provided with *-* genuine leads per day. We agreed with him and handed the cheque. On November *, ****, we received a mail from just dial stating our contract is for * year and there is no guarantee of business. When we tried contacting IBRAHIM, he is not responding. We tried calling just dial customer care and asked for assistance regarding the issue. Every time they assure us the matter will be solved but nothing till now. It's been two months and there is no business, they provide only dummy and irrelevant leads without customer contact number and if a contact number is provided, the customer tells they never asked for any service from just dial. I have already lost ***** to them. If the same amount was invested in sulekha I would have earned ****** by now. Another ***** was invested as advanced for chefs by assuming to get business from just dial. I request voxya to help me out.
