on Dec * ****, I made a purchase for a pair of headphones which cost Rs***/-. I received an email from razorpay confirming the payment via transaction number 'pay_GACMdIOdUFVoGr'. However there was no intimation from Awstro regarding this purchase either via sms/whatsapp or email. From the **th onwards, I have tried contacting them through email as well as FB messenger and on their homepage. There is no response and no effort to give me any status update. Its simply pathetic. It's not about the low cost of the item but the principle of theft and fraud and the inconvenience caused.
