Subject: Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Service at Darbhanga Service Centre CIPL technology opposite radio station grind mohan road darbhanga ******
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the misrepresentation and fraudulent service I experienced at your service centre in Darbhanga, Bihar. On **/**/**** I visited Xiaomi service centre with my mobile phone, which is valued at approximately ** thousand rupees, for repair.they changed my mobile jack and provide fake bill and deposited my phone approx * months and damaged motherboard and back panel of my mi**x.
However, during my visit, I noticed several discrepancies that raised serious concerns. Firstly, the service centre prominently displayed a GST number, logo, and authority that gave the impression of legitimacy and trustworthiness. However, upon further investigation, it became apparent that these credentials were either forged or unauthorized.
Furthermore, the service provided was substandard, and the promised repairs were not carried out effectively. It is evident that the service centre misrepresented itself and engaged in fraudulent practices, leading to a loss of both time and money on my part. CIPL technology opposite radio station grind mohan road darbhanga bihar ****** owner kamlesh choubey running a fake service centre with the name Xiaomi about *** metres away from the authorised service centre I complaint costomer support all are supporting them including SM jivan Kumar and CSM infotel Amresh Kumar all of them support Kamlesh choubey to froud with Xiaomi costomer.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such deceptive practices are not repeated. Additionally, I expect full reimbursement for the fees paid for the purported repairs, as well as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Failure to address this matter satisfactorily will compel me to escalate this complaint to the relevant authorities and pursue legal action.
I await your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
