This is continuation of my previous mail (FIND BELOW), Kindly find the attached screenshots. After resolving of my previous complaint, there is a lot of messages I rcvd from Dish tv states that "ur plan changed & ur revised switch off date changed". When I see this message, i calling Dish Tv Customer care & they chane it to my original plan. But after sometime i got another message. I think it is related to my previous complaint. The technician or ur dealer changing my plan.This happens many times after previous issue. So kindly look into this serious matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear Team,
I would like to inform u that i have booked an appointment with DISHTV
Customer Care for Re- Alignment of Dish. When I talked with a Customer
Care
executive he/she said that it's '*free of cost service*'.
Almost two weeks later, today a technician came to my home and did the
alignment. But he *charged me Rs. *** as service charge*. I talked to him
about free service. But he didn't admit it and talked badly *'if i do my
work, u must pay'*.
So req u to do the needful on an urgent basis. If you are not interested
in
solving this problem, pls don't fool customers about free service costs...
