I visited PVR at Sahu, Hazratganj, Lucknow. I did not book the tickets online and decided to buy physical tickets. The ticket for the show was for Rs *** per person. I was sold the same for ***. They forcefully added some snacks which I did not consent for. I told them that I just need the ticket and not the snacks, but they said that of I want to watch the movie I will have to pay for the snacks as well. Moreover, the popcorn were extremely overpriced. They are clearly selling people snacks forcefully and charging them for the same. Its against my rights as a consumer. This incident took place on *-**-**. I would like to raise a complaint regarding the same.
