We ordered food from a restaurant around ** o clock. We had paid via UPI beforehand. The rider cancelled the order on his own after picking up the food. Neither the restaurant or the rider (who refuses to pick up calls) is ready to take responsibility. There is not a singular number for contacting customer service provided by the Magicpin site. I have lost my money and probably my appetite due to this scamming site.
