I am very disappointed with your courier service.
Every parcel I receive from Erode to Coimbatore usually arrives within one day. But this time, the parcel reached your office on Saturday and I was not informed or given delivery for three days.
I only got a call on Tuesday night saying it was already there and that I should come and collect it. This is unacceptable. If I have to pick it up myself, what is the purpose of delivery service?
Your staff said ants had affected the parcel, but I should have been informed on Saturday itself. Because of this delay and poor communication, the food got spoiled.
Also, the lady staff at the office was very rude and unprofessional while handling this.
This kind of service is not acceptable. Please take proper action.
