I had ordered a chimney on May ** th for a elicia chimney from Flipkart. This was delivered on **st of May and a inferior chimney was deliberately sent. On *th of June the chimney was picked up. All this while flipkart never called up and spoke to me. The seller of elica spoke and was very high headed in his approach. Now flipkart has given July *th as the delivery date for the replacement. My money is stuck with this company and my renovation of the kitchen is also stranded due to their delay. Now they take the excuse of the covid situation. I don't want the chimney anymore. I want to claim damages also for the harrasment that I have gone through.
