- Flipkart delaying my replacement request for mobile phone Open

My replacement for order ID OD****************** has been delayed beyond the time specified by flipkart. I ordered ticket to reach my college based on the timeline given. But now since the order is getting delayed I am in a bad situation. The technician has not visited yet and I have to leave on **th night. After that I have * week quarantine. So am I supposed to be without a phone inside a room for * week?
Please provide a solution to my problem. I would be really thankful if the technician visit process is skipped and I am given a replacement directly so that I get the phone by **th. If that's not possible please give me a refund for the phone. I will buy a phone from local store and go to my college.
