On *th August, my fkipkart account was blocked without prior intimation. After constantly calling them I was informed via email that my account was blocked due to a high amount of returns from my end.
To clarify, products (women's western wear) had been returned due to size mis match as some brands are not consistent with sizing. However, all products were exchanged or returned as per return policy and literally within hours / minutes or maximum a day of delivery.
My greviance - due to my account being blocked I am unable to pay flipkart pay later dues amounting to approx INR ****/- and I am unable to return * products amounting to approx ****/- which had a **days return policy (which expired on *rd and **th September respectively)
What's WORSE is I am being harassed by constant phone calls, emails and text messages from flipkart demanding that I pay dues of ****/- failing which LEGAL ACTION would be taken!!! When they are fully aware that they have denied me access to my account.
This has been going on for TWO FULL MONTHS. Each time I'm promised that they will resolve the issue within ** hours. But till date all they have done is disturbed my peace of mind.
