I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint. Over the past two months, I have been trying to get my refund of Flight Tickets. This is because I paid the full amount with cancelation policy clearly stating that I will receive a ***% refund if I cancel my flight due to any reasons. I cancelled my Kerala Flight due to the rise in Corona Cases in the state of emergency, I was told by the customer care that the refund will be processed in *-* working days.
It has been two months since then and I have done multiple reminders and follow ups. ClearTrip has just one response that give us ** hours we are looking into your case .
