I had made flight booking on **th Aug **** for my parents who are Sr citizen trip id ************.

ClearTrip later cancelled the tickets stating that they did not have the DOB of the Sr Citizen passengers. They simply dropped a mail stating that If I don't contact them with nxt ** Minutes they will cancel the ticket. As I was busy
and saw that mail later they had already cancelled the tickets.
Cleartrip should have taken care of following:
*. DOB is taken at the time of booking itself by all agencies for Sr Citizens. Cleartrip failed to do this.
*. Even if they didn't not have the DOB they could have call me , but I did non receive a single call.
*. They should have contacted me on phone or dropped a mail providing **hrs to furnish the detail.
Its clearly Deficiency of service on Part of Clear Trip as the website did not ask for the relevant data at time of booking and later they did not bother to take enough effort to make correct their mistake and simply cancelled the ticket as an easy way out.
