My mother is yet to be compensated for her loss when her flight from Amsterdam to Bangalore in April **** was cancelled after the jet airways airline ran out of money and was grounded in mid-April.
We have already made several requests to MakeMyTrip and Jet Airways but of no use.
Jet airways asked us to deal it with Makemytrip last year.
Makemytrip kept saying that they were working on it for few months. Now its been more than a year and we have neither received our refund nor heard from them. I even wrote an email last month for which no one responded.
Hence, I am filing this complaint against MakeMyTrip and Jet Airways.
