I have purchased * return flight tickets from Kolkata to Ranchi on **.**.** for traveling to Ranchi on **th October and back on **th October from Travolook. Immediately after purchase my ticket one phone call came from Travolook and I was informed that the airlines has not given my PNR number so the ticket is cancelled and the money will be refund to my credit card within ** days .Now I can see from review that this company has been doing this to more than *** people in website...I'm a sinior citizen and staying in kolkata with my aged husband...how can I recover my hard earned money..I don't know...The reference number they have sent me is REF*********
