- Flight departed before time despite the passengers having boarding pass Closed

Had very bad experience with indigo today...My ,my family were left on airport with boarding pass at ****am. Filght had departed earlier. I made the booking from blr to Del for **th sep **** at **** am.
I am sensing some business malpractices from indigo side because despite being on airport on time and having boarding pass with us, i dont see any reason other than selling the ticket to high paying customer
Why i am forced to think in that direction:
At ***am while on the way to airport i get this message:
