- Flight delayed by 6hrs after takeoff. ^Open

*W-*** FLIGHT from Patna to Delhi on *nd May ****, that was supposed to arrive at **:** hrs, reached delhi at **:** am with *hrs of delay. My family was travelling in this flight and it was traumatic that i was not able to contact them for * hrs after their estimated time of arrival. I called customer care * times to confirm the arrival time at Delhi but the information update there was very poor. I requested that my call be transferred to the supervisor but it was just put on hold for long time and further unresponsive. This happened not once but * times. Customer care must atleast have the decency to pick up the call and talk to a customer in distress and listen to their problem. But seeing as how you treat your customers you should just cite yourself Customer-I-Don't-Care. The staff was glaringly uninformed on the status of the flight. They could not provide any information regarding the estimated arrival time or current location of flight. Then I tied Live-status online and got to know that flight was being rerouted to Jaipur. My * family members were made to sit inside the flight for *:** hrs in a *:** hrs flight without being provided any official update of what exactly was happening and why there was such a delay. I could not contact them for * hrs after the estimated time of arrival and customer care staff said that the plane has already landed in Delhi at * pm which was blatantly wrong. After being dreadfully conducted my family felt kidnapped and emotionally abused during this journey. It is demeaning to be treated uncourteously and made to sit in a cramped up space for *:** hrs without any hearing of passenger's grievances. Therefore I emphatically implore Jet Airways that you to provide me complete refund of this flight ticket as well as an apology from your staff for their unbecoming operation.
