I booked a ticket using HDFC Credit card during the offer period when HDFC Ergo was offering Zero Cancellation Charges on a domestic flight.
However, despite providing all the documents as per the terms and conditions mentioned here- I have not received the refund yet. It's been more than * months now. https://www.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/Travel-ZeroCancellation/index.html
