I am a customer of BSNL broadband FTTH with tele number *****-****** since **-**-****.
But the internet service has not been regular.
Number of calls to the local rep leads to redressal in a day or two but by then again it goes off.
The problem sometimes has been for days, and has been regular. Daily atleast the internet is off for atleast * to * hours.
