I bought a jogpad from powermax fitness in july ****, since then the I have faced multiple issues
*. The digital display stopped working - then i contacted their service team and it took them weeks to get a new display and fix it. the centralised number does not work and I had to call on several different numbers and follow up almost everyday
*. the machine started heating up terribly - it took me a week to contact them and wait for the technician to arrive only to tell me that use it sparingly
*. the digital display stopped working again - this time they sent an unprofessional person who was not a technician at all- the machine was working until they arrived but they did not hpw to fix the flickering digital display they were on a video call asking for instructions - what to do now? they ended up making sure that the machine itself is not working and took the display out and told me that someone will come to pick it up then they will take it to the mumbai warehouse repair it then courier it back and then come to fix it. when i asked for a replacement machine they outrightly denied it, i am still waiting for the pickup to happen
