I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding the Ecovacs N**, which I purchased less than a month ago. Unfortunately, the device stopped working within this short period.
Despite my continuous follow-ups with customer care team, the issue has not been resolved. It took ** days just to arrange an engineer’s visit, as virtual troubleshooting attempts were made before scheduling an onsite inspection. Following the engineer’s visit, I was informed that the necessary parts would take an additional week to arrive before the repair could even be attempted.
And today I received an update after continuous follow-ups , that it will take a month to get the parts delivered ,which is ridiculous .
This prolonged and inefficient process has caused me significant inconvenience, mental stress, and frustration. I have repeatedly received the same assurance that my case would be “escalated” and given “top priority,” but no concrete resolution has been provided. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I purchased the machine to support my elderly parent and unwell wife. Instead of making life easier, the product and subsequent service delays have added to my difficulties.
Given the circumstances, I request one of the following resolutions on an immediate basis:
A full refund for the defective product, OR
An immediate replacement with a fully functional unit
