I ordered a ***GB Micro SD ( brand: Amazon Basics) from Amazon and it came with a *year warranty. I got it for recording in my security camera. From day one the camera started reporting errors like card needs to be formatted or cannot detect a card. I eventually took the card out and tries to read it using my laptop and the laptop also reported the same issue.
I tried formatting the card, but could not do it as the card is faulty. I scanned the card for bad sectors using EaseUse partition master and it reported bad sectors in the card. I am attaching the video and pic of the product.
I have been contacting Amazon and Clicktech (company that looks after warranty of AmazonBasics items) since Aug ** **** and all they are doing is asking for documents and videos again and again without specifying the reason for the documents and videos.
I have furnished following documents to the clicktech teams three times in last * weeks:
Invoice
Warranty slip
* videos clearly showing the issue in the card.
Yet there is no response.
