Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I've on **th March **** bought Daikin Split Ac (*.* Tons, * Stars) from Ace Technomark Sector **, Noida. It has been a terrible experience since then, in only a span of less than a year the Aircon Cooling was reduced & upon bringing the same to notice of Daikin Customer Care, Gas was topped up by their technicians. Again in July **** the Cooling of AC was considerably reduced & I was told by Daikin's Service centre that the Gas has leaked which needs recharging. I paid Rs *,***/- for the same & was given an assurance there won't be any problem.
To my dismay the Cooling problem started again in less than year's time with almost negligible cooling & as per Daikin's Service centre the Gas has leaked again from Condensing Coil which was repaired last year with Stop valve also to be replaced in Outdoor unit. I fail to understand that are these Daikin's Quality Standards wherein in about * years I am facing the same issue for the *rd time??? Upon taking up with Daikin India I have been asked to pay Rs *,***.**/-(inclusive of **% discount) to get the Condensing Coil & Valve replaced. I have been fed up with this faulty machine wherein every year I have to bear a heavy cost to keep this faulty machine running which either has a manufacturing defect or was repaired poorly by Daikin's Service agents last year. I have been requesting Daikin to get my Aircon up and running by either getting my Indoor unit replaced or Condensing Coil/Valve at no cost to me but somehow they dont seem to be interested and are forcing me to pay for same. Would request if you could seriously pursue my issue with Daikin India as It is difficult bearing without an Aircon in this hot/humid weather.
