We checked in the hotel with the booking Id *********
At the days hotel by Wyndham at neemrana
The room had no bathtub (but the bathtub was present in the booking we made for the hotel )
They charged us extra for upgrading the room
Although we already made reservations
It cost us hours and wasted time and money
