I did not lose any money, but Amazon has this annoying habit of not addressing complaints. Their seller for Big Muscles Protein powder showed * kg selling at Rs **** at the time I bought it. But I received only *kg. When I complained, a replacement order was placed, which turned out to be * kg again. Even after complaining thrice about the seller, the misinformation on the site continues. The seller is R K WORLDINFOCOM P LTD. I'm guessing this is Amazon's own seller, which makes this even more suspect. Why would they not change the specifications to correct them? Are they trying to get people to buy the product by tricking them into thinking it is * kg rather than the * kg they send? My time and patience have suffered more than anything else. And if they goof up on the refund, it'll be Rs ****.
