I am filing this complaint regarding a movie ticket booking where the service provided was not as promised.

I had booked tickets for Dhurandhar * (Telugu version) at Plateno Cinemas, Guntur for the show dated ** March **** (**:** PM), Booking ID: **************.

However, during the screening, the movie played was in Hindi instead of Telugu. My booking decision was specifically based on the Telugu language option, and screening the wrong language completely defeats the purpose of the purchase.

Further, I initially received communication stating that the show was cancelled and that a full refund would be processed within *–* working days. However, after multiple follow-ups over the past ** days, I am now being informed that a refund will not be provided because the movie was screened.

This response is contradictory and unacceptable. The issue is not whether the show was screened, but that the incorrect language version was played. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Despite repeated attempts, the issue has not been resolved, and I have neither received a refund nor proper justification.

I request:

*. Full refund of the ticket amount
*. Compensation for the inconvenience and delay caused

I am attaching relevant screenshots as proof.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue further action through appropriate legal channels.

I request immediate intervention and resolution.
