I saw their ad through instagram. It redirected me to their website. .To confirm i actually got in touch on whats app first with zoollu. Their team member replied to my messages and told me that i will receive my ordee in protected business days. He was replying to my whats app messages. Its been more then * days there is no update on my order. That provided whats app number is now switched off. No one is replying on instagram and no update at all. I have proof that i made payment via PAYTM. I have screenshots. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
