I have booked free visit to my place for damage proof and inside outside painting in the month of April'**. As mentioned and the they shared the details they will provide dust free painting with expert painters who will cover our all items and floor before starting the project but it was not as said. there is no dust free service the final work is also not up to the mark the painters are not expert in fact one of the painter is spitting all around the place which we have to clean. after service cleaning work is not properly and some time they left the dust or waist as it is. we are not happy with the result, its better to work with local painter which is much easier than this.
also, we have selected the color for doors and window and ask for sample *st they showed the sample and on the basis of sample we agreed for the selected color but the final color we have received was totally different, we deny for the color and ask for the same but no result they said you have selected the color. the Berger supervisor was also not willing to accept the fault of dealer and said to adjust with the same.
One more thing, the supervisor only visited twice but I have received a mail that he have visited * time which is not correct. Please take action against Berger paints who are fooling people like this. I have paid only **% amount and not ready to pay rest amount. I will pay only the genuine amount so required compensation on the final quotation.
