I got the botox and global hair color done. I was assured about the results. After finishing with the payment they changed the hair colour and told that only base color will give the result. Then i asked about the botox.. will result be there they again assured me that i need not to worry about the result. On this sunday after the treatment there is no outcome of botox as if some fake product or nothing is used. After complaining about the result the manager of rohini branch (yashika) got rude and she mentioned that we didn’t commit anything.
Moreover during the entire procedure all the staff were so unprofessional. Between the colour they ran away with the producta.. they left me with half color done and went to market to purchase a new one.
This is the pathetic service I have ever received. I want immediate action to be taken against my complaint.
