I bought a Jio Hotstar gift card worth ₹**** on July * through Google Pay. When I purchased it, the expiry date showed as November **, and it still shows the same. But when I tried to redeem it on November *, it said the coupon was invalid. I contacted Jio Hotstar, and they told me it actually expired on October * without any intimation, and they can’t do anything about it. I reached out to Google Pay the same day, and they said they’ve escalated it to their investigation team, but it’s been ** days now and I haven’t received any update or response from them.
