I received the product and unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. The case has a clear fitting issue in my iphone ** pro and iphone ** it does not properly align with the camera cutout and edges, making it loose and unsafe to use on my device. Because of this, the product is practically unusable.
I have also recorded a complete parcel opening video along with the fitting issue demonstration, as required under your return policy.
Given the condition of the product, I’m not comfortable opting for a replacement. This seems more like a quality/manufacturing issue, and I don’t want to go through another cycle with the same risk.

I mailed them with this email immediately after receiving product along with all the due proofs… but didnt get response.
I followed up through all possible way whatsapp, Instagram, linkedin m, customer support but no solution
Its a complete misfraud with customer
