- Failed to update property swap documents ^Open

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a flat with Supertech EcoVillage* towerG* in October **** under the subvention scheme. Initial CRM ******* (no need to pay EMI/Pre EMI till possession) and later shifted to Supertech Ecovillage* PhaseII towerK* in May **** (CRM number *******). I have submitted all the required documents to Supertech Limited for updating the property address in July **** with Indiabulls Housing Finance Connaught Place Branch New Delhi. But I have been informed by Indiabulls that Supertech Limited has not submitted the required documents for updating the property address and nobody is bothered to give a proper response about when they are going to update the address in spite of multiple email reminders for about * months (November ****). So far I have paid about ** lakhs including the Home loan of about ** Lakhs from Indiabulls Loan number HHLDCP********. I have tried to register on ereality.supertechlimited.com but access is denied. I have even requested them to cancel the booking and still, nobody is bothered. Hence I have decided to cancel the booking because of the careless attitude of Supertech Limited.
